1. Receiving the Used Wheel: We initiate the process by receiving the worn-out wheel from our customers.
2. Old Tire Removal & Grit Blasting: Next, we tackle two crucial steps in one go. We carefully remove the old tire and subject the wheel to grit blasting, ensuring a clean and smooth surface for further treatment.

At our facility, we boast a state-of-the-art milling machine tailored specifically for cutting helix grooves into wheels and rollers. With both static and dynamic balancing equipment, along with a range of traditional machine tools, we’re fully equipped to handle the materials we process.
